Refund Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
The short version
- Try it free first: the trial needs no card and never turns into a charge on its own.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time and you won’t be charged again. Part months aren’t refunded.
- Yearly plans: full refund if you ask within 14 days of a yearly charge — the first one or a renewal.
- Our mistakes are always refunded, with no deadline.
- If we shut down, remove something big you paid for, or close your account without a good reason, you get back the unused part.
- Cancelling or getting a refund never deletes your data.
This summary is here to help you read the rest. The full text below is what counts.
This policy covers what you pay us for Peltuvo: your plan and any add-ons. Payments your customers make to you are between you and them — see the last section.
Free trial
Every business starts with a free trial (currently 14 days). No card is needed, and it never turns into a charge on its own. You pay only if you choose a plan.
Monthly plans
Cancel any time in Settings → Plan & billing. You won’t be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We don’t refund part months.
Yearly plans
- 14-day refund window. If you ask within 14 days of a yearly charge — your first one, a switch from monthly to yearly, or an automatic renewal — we refund it in full, including tax, and end the subscription. You don’t need to give a reason.
- After 14 days, you can still cancel so the plan won’t renew, and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. We don’t refund the unused part, except in the cases below.
Switching plans
When you move to a bigger or smaller plan, the difference is charged or credited right away, in proportion to the time left in your billing period, so you never pay twice for the same days.
Extra storage
Extra storage is billed monthly and follows the monthly rule. Removing it stops the next charge.
When we always refund
- Mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, charged the wrong amount, or charged because of an error on our side, we refund it. There is no deadline.
- If we stop offering the Service, or close your account without a breach of our Terms, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
- If you leave over a change. If we remove a major feature you pay for, or make an important change to the Terms, and you cancel because of it before it takes effect, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
- Long outages. If a problem with the Service keeps you from using it for more than 24 hours in a row, ask within 30 days and we will credit one month (or one-twelfth of a yearly plan). Maintenance we announced ahead of time doesn’t count.
When we don’t refund
- Part months, or the unused part of a year after the 14-day window, except in the cases above.
- Accounts we closed for a serious breach of our Terms, such as fraud or spam.
- Complimentary, promotional or “lifetime” access, which is free and has no cash value.
How to ask
Email support@peltuvo.com from the account owner’s email address, with your business name and the date of the charge. We aim to reply within one business day. Refunds are sent by our merchant of record, Creem, to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days. You may also contact Creem directly.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — it is almost always faster. If you do open a dispute, you don’t lose a refund you are owed, and we don’t charge dispute fees.
What happens to your data
A refund or cancellation never deletes anything. Your account becomes read-only, and you can still see and export everything. Data is erased only if you delete the account yourself (Settings → Your data), after a 30-day undo period.
Payments from your customers
Refunds to your own customers are made by you, from your Stripe dashboard (or however they paid you). Stripe’s fee rules apply; Stripe usually keeps its processing fee when a payment is refunded.
Where the law gives you more rights than this policy, the law wins.
